The DastakDo Handcrafted Kitchen Knife is made using the traditional cutlery skills of Wazirabad, Pakistan. It is built for everyday kitchen tasks like cutting fruits, slicing vegetables, and preparing meat.
The blade is forged from J2 steel with an edge hardness of around 50 HRC. This makes the knife tough, rust-resistant, and very easy to sharpen at home whenever needed.
